Due to our large, rapid expansion – Triband Care Services Ltd are advertising for Area Leads in Stone/Stafford and the Moorlands along with Field Supervisors for the same areas. There is also potential, in the near future, for similar roles to be offered in Newcastle under Lyme and Stoke on Trent.
Area Lead
The Area Leads will be responsible for carrying out pre-assessments on potential Service Users, writing up care plans and ensuring all required paperwork is in place, Service User care reviews, care plan updates. You will take a lead role in the care of your allocated Service Users – ensuring their care is fully person-centred and tailored to their needs. You will be supported in this role by our Quality Assurance Manager who will give you targets to meet, with the potential for a monthly bonus, based on performance. You will be provided with a company laptop and phone to use for work purposes. Having the ability to work on your own initiative and organise your time effectively is imperative for this role.
Field Supervisor
You will be responsible for an allocated number of staff and will act as their first contact. You will be responsible for carrying out satisfaction reviews with our Service Users, carrying out spot checks on your staff to ensure compliance, ensuring new paperwork is out in properties for the start of the month and old paperwork is collected and audited. This role will also involve holding the on-call phone as part of a rota system. Having the ability to work on your own initiative and organise your time effectively is imperative for this role.
