Our mission and vision
Triband Care Services is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families as well as to other healthcare organisations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).
Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly-trained medical professionals and aides. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth disease-specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.

Director, Registered Mental Health Nurse, Clinical Lead, Safeguarding Officer, Senior Reablement Officer
Registered Mental Health Nurse, I have extensive experience in a variety of areas of Health & Social Care, together with a passion for mental health concerns and end of life care. As Senior Reablement Officer, this sector is all about taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing the long-term care needs. This would be through planned support with aspects of daily living including personal care, life skills & reintegration whilst working for and alongside a structured team to include the Enablement Locality Organiser, Reablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists & more.

Recruitment & Marketing Manager
My role is to successfully recruit staff to ensure the continuity of care for our Service Users. Quality Assurance is also part of my role – ensuring that the care provided is of the best quality possible. This helps ensure that the service we are providing is at the standard we would all expect for our own loved ones. I enjoy the Marketing of side of the business too!

I have over 20 years’ experience in a variety of care settings. As a Registered Manager, I am responsible for ensuring all my staff maintains the highest possible standards, together with delivering outstanding care. I and all of my office-based colleagues continue to enjoy a hands-on approach.

I have worked in the Healthcare sector for over 20 years, working my way up from a Care Assistant to the Training and Development Manager after gaining my Trainers Qualification in 2010. Training, Learning, and Development are my passion. I always strive to ensure my staff are kept up to date with current practice and legislation. As well as delivering training, I continue to enjoy a hands-on approach and love meeting our Service Users in the Community, carrying out care calls and pre-assessments of potential Service Users.

Within my job role, I ensure that TriBand is operating within the guidelines and regulations set out by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and local authorities who govern the service we provide. Ensuring that we provide a service that is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well Led. I identify where areas could be improved through quality monitoring, audits, and feedback from our employees and the service users who we provide care for. I also liaise with other professionals when required to ensure any needs or concerns of our service users are resolved quickly and efficiently to ensure their needs are met.

I have had TriBand since September, I am currently recovering after spinal surgery. I am only 34 years old and it’s been hard at times but the care has been excellent, nothing too much trouble and they always cheer me up and know when something is wrong. They are like my second family. Thank you forall you do for me.
My Mum who was 88 years old and confined to her bed was cared for by a team of first-class carers. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot recommend this team of girls highly enough. Sadly my mum has now passed away but the efforts of two carers and othermembers of the team, a massive thank you from all my family.
