2,1 The Working Time Regulations 1988 provide that the Temporary Worker shall not work on an Assignment with the Client more than the Working Week unless s/he agree in writing that this limit should not apply
2. CONSENT
3,1 The Temporary Worker hereby agrees that the Working week limit shall not apply to the Assignment
3. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
4,1 The Temporary Worker may end this Agreement by giving TriBand Recruitment 3 months’ notice in writing
4,2 For the avoidance of doubt, any notice bringing this Agreement to an end shall not be construed as termination by the Temporary Worker of an Assignment with a Client.
4,3 Upon the expiry of the notice period set out in clause 4.1 the Working Week limit shall apply with immediate effect

I agree to have the above amount deducted from my pay. If my employment is terminated either by myself or by my employer for any reason within the probation period I agree to pay the amount in full.

I understand that this is a relevant provision of my contract and that if insufficient remuneration is due to my employer, civil court action may be taken to recover any outstanding debt.

This is to meet legal requirements and so that we can contact you, or others, in the event of an emergency.

We will not give information to anyone outside the company without your consent unless the law requires it – for example in cases where safeguarding concerns are raised or at CQCs request.

We take your privacy seriously and data is only used when absolutely necessary. Any third party that your data is shared with is rigorously checked to ensure they are also complying with regulations. Decisions on whether we release data held about you to third parties are subject to strict approval processes and based on a detailed assessment of:
• Who is requesting the data
• The purpose for which is required
• The level and sensitivity of data requested
• The arrangements in place to store and handle the data

You have the right to request that any information held about you that is not required by law, to be permanently erased. Requests for this must be submitted to the General Manager.
Data will only be stored for as long as necessary.
While most of the information held about you is mandatory, ensuring that we are meeting CQC Regulations, some information is provided to us on a voluntary basis. To comply with GDPR we will inform you if you are required to provide certain information to us.
We have processes in place to ensure the confidentiality of our data is maintained and there are stringent controls in place regarding access and use of the data.
Under data protection legislation you have the right to request access to information we hold about you. To make a request please contact the General Manager
You also have the right to:
• Object to processing of personal data that is likely to cause, or is causing, damage or distress
• Prevent processing for the purpose of direct marketing
• Object to decisions taken by automated means
• In certain circumstances, have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked, erased, or destroyed

Please be aware than when visiting the Triband office there is CCTV in the main hallway and in the corridors. It may also be the case that clients whose homes you visit also have CCTV.
